Welcome to ScoreMate, a score-tracking mobile application developed and operated by Code Craft Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ScoreMate mobile application (“App”).
By creating an account, downloading, or using ScoreMate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use this App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScoreMate for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its code.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Use the App in violation of applicable laws.
3. Account Creation & Responsibility
To access certain features, you must create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials. You may delete your account anytime from within the App settings.
4. User Data & Storage
ScoreMate stores certain information associated with your account, such as name, email, profile data, game history, and player lists. This data is stored securely in our cloud servers and may sync across devices when logged in.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection, use, and storage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using ScoreMate, you consent to our handling of your data as described in that policy.
6. In-App Purchases
ScoreMate may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through Google Play or the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, source code, and materials within ScoreMate are the exclusive property of Code Craft Studios. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any portion of the App without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and respectfully. You must not:
- Upload or share false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our servers.
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
Violation of these rules may lead to temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
9. Updates & Changes
We may update the App or these Terms periodically. By continuing to use ScoreMate after updates, you accept the revised version. Major policy changes will be communicated through the App or via email (if provided).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ScoreMate is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user’s needs. Use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Craft Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or performance issues caused by third-party services.
12. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your access to the App and data may be permanently removed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
