General

ScoreMate is the referee for your game nights. It gives you a live shared scoreboard, automatic player eliminations, and winner detection — so you can stop arguing about scores and start making memories. Works for any game: Rummy, Ludo, Uno, Poker, custom games, anything.

No — only the host (the person running the game) needs ScoreMate installed. Everyone else can watch the live scoreboard on their own phone via a shared link, or simply gather around the host's screen. No sign-up or download required for other players.

Any game with scores. Rummy, Ludo, Uno, Poker, Teen Patti, Scrabble, Catan, Monopoly — or any custom game you invent. ScoreMate has no built-in game library; you define your own rules (high score wins, low score wins, elimination threshold, round cap), so it adapts to everything.

About 30 seconds. Add your players' names, give the game a title, choose your scoring rule (highest/lowest wins, max score cap, etc.), and tap Start. The game shouldn't wait for the app — and with ScoreMate, it never does.

Gameplay

Before starting, you set an elimination threshold — e.g. "eliminate any player who reaches 200 points" or "knock out the lowest scorer each round." Once a player crosses that threshold, ScoreMate marks them as eliminated automatically. No manual intervention, no bad-guy moments.

Yes. The host can edit any score entry at any time. Every change is logged with a timestamp, so the full edit history is visible to all players. Transparency is built in — no more "you changed that score!" accusations.

You define the win condition when setting up the game — e.g. "first to 500 points wins" or "highest score after 6 rounds wins." ScoreMate watches every score update and triggers the winner announcement the moment the condition is met. No manual confirmation needed.

Yes. ScoreMate lets you create and manage multiple concurrent game sessions. Useful for tournaments, simultaneous tables, or any situation where more than one game is running at once.

Pricing

Yes — the core ScoreMate experience is completely free: live scoreboards, automatic eliminations, winner detection, and basic game history. A Pro tier with advanced features (unlimited history, analytics, custom themes) is available as an optional upgrade.

All payments are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store — we never access or store your payment information. Refer to Google's and Apple's privacy policies for full details on payment handling.

Technical

Absolutely. ScoreMate is built offline-first. All core features — game creation, scoring, eliminations, winner detection — work completely without an internet connection. Your games sync to history when you're back online.

ScoreMate is under 10MB installed. It's intentionally lightweight — fast to download, fast to launch, and easy on your storage. No bloat, no waiting.

ScoreMate is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). A web version for browsers is on the roadmap. Download links are on our homepage.

Account & Data

Free users get the last 10 games saved locally on their device. ScoreMate Pro users get unlimited history synced securely to the cloud, accessible from any device, with full round-by-round breakdowns.

No account is required to start a game and track scores. An account is only needed to access cloud sync, game history across devices, and Pro features. You can create one anytime from within the app — or not, and just play.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings, or by visiting our Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers. We recommend exporting your game history first.
